Who we serve
- Veterans seeking transitional housing support
- Referral-first; self-inquiries accepted
- Primarily Rockdale, Newton, DeKalb, and Gwinnett counties, Georgia — inquiries from surrounding areas welcome
What we provide
- Safe transitional housing in a shared home setting
- Case coordination and connections to VA/community services
- Support toward employment, benefits, and independence (to be confirmed)
What a referral should include
- Referrer name, title, agency, phone, email
- Veteran name, contact, county, current situation, urgency
- Veteran status / branch / discharge status if known
- Confirmation of veteran consent to referral
- Optional: DD-214, referral letter, support needs
