This website describes a referral- and application-based transitional housing program in development. It is not a booking, reservation, or payment portal for housing.

Submitting does not guarantee placement.

We do not publish the location of the transitional home.

We work to keep information accurate, but content may change as the program develops. Details that are not yet confirmed are described honestly and updated as they are verified.

Do not assume VA approval, GPD funding, tax-exempt status, licenses, partnerships, outcomes, or availability unless separately confirmed in writing by us.

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized referrals
• Attempt to access staff systems or private documents without authorization
• Upload malware or abuse forms (including automated spam)
• Scrape the site in a way that degrades service or violates law
• Use the site to harass, threaten, or harm others

Site content, branding, and design are owned by The Next Chapter Veterans Home, LLC or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written consent, except as allowed by law (for example, fair use).

We link to official VA, Georgia, and other resources for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their privacy practices.
